What is an AÜG licence?

AÜG refers to the German Arbeitnehmerüberlassungsgesetz, the law governing temporary agency work in Germany.

Under an authorised temporary-employment model, workers may be assigned to a client company while remaining employed by their staffing employer. We manage the relevant employment contracts, payroll administration and assignment documentation.

What is an A1 Certificate?

An A1 Certificate confirms which national social-security system applies to a worker during a temporary cross-border assignment within the European Union.

Where the applicable conditions are met, we coordinate the required A1 documentation before deployment.

How does your pricing work?

Each project receives a personalised quotation based on the profession, experience level, working conditions, assignment duration and applicable employment requirements.

The client receives one transparent hourly rate covering the agreed employment, payroll, administration, compliance and MANWORKING service costs.

Do you charge separate recruitment fees?

No. For temporary workforce assignments, recruitment, candidate selection and placement are included in the agreed hourly rate.

Are there hidden costs?

No. The quotation clearly identifies what is included in the hourly rate and which project-related costs are charged or arranged separately.

Who provides accommodation?

Accommodation is normally arranged and provided by the client at no cost to the worker. It must be suitable for the assignment and comply with the applicable German and EU requirements.

Our team can clarify the expected accommodation conditions before deployment.

Who pays for transportation?

Initial transportation is invoiced transparently at cost, with no additional mark-up, unless another arrangement has been agreed in the quotation.

Transportation relating to replacements is handled according to the agreed replacement conditions.

What happens if a worker is not the right fit?

Contact your dedicated account manager as soon as possible. We will review the situation with the client and the worker and determine the most suitable solution.

If a worker is not the right fit during the first five working days, we will organise a replacement in accordance with the agreed assignment conditions. The exact replacement and transportation terms are confirmed in your quotation.

Who pays for the replacement worker’s transportation?

Transportation for an approved replacement is handled according to the replacement conditions stated in the agreement.
