Two complementary requirements presented in clear business terms.
AÜG
The Arbeitnehmerüberlassungsgesetz (AÜG) is the German law governing temporary employment.
Under an authorised temporary-agency-work model, workers may be assigned to a client when the required licence, contracts and assignment conditions are in place.
This can provide greater workforce flexibility while the staffing employer manages the agreed employment and payroll responsibilities.
A1
An A1 Certificate confirms that a worker remains covered by the social security system of their home country while temporarily working in another EU Member State.
Where the applicable conditions are met, MANWORKING coordinates the required A1 documentation before deployment.
How AÜG and A1 Work Together
AÜG and A1 address different legal questions. Their relevance and required documentation are assessed for each assignment.
